Pros
Sogeti hires good people then entrusts them to do the job, there is a lot of autonomy and freedom to shape your career in any direction you want. They provide all of the tools and resources you would ever need to get up to speed on the latest technology, you just have to have the drive to go out there and find and utilize those resources. Working for Sogeti means working with a lot of really good consultants, there's always someone who knows more than you do and is willing to share their knowledge. Cons
It's hard to come up with any cons that are really noteworthy enough to mention. Like any big company, people can find a reason to complain if they are looking hard enough for one. Upper management is listening and if enough people complain they take action, it's hard to be mad about that. Sogeti is a great company and they do a lot of things right, any complaints are really minor ones when you compare all of the positives. You do have to like the constant challenges that come with consulting and you do have to be willing to be thrown in the deep end once in a while.
