Pros

Honestly speaking wern't many, company was small so no choice but to do everything from rearranging office furniture to cleaning kitchen worktops whilst managing a demanding workload

Cons

You'll be happy working here if you're French, company claimed to move to the uk because they wanted to expand and make headway into uk market.did not happen got rid of most of the English speaking team slowly and replaced with first jobbers from France and europe who will do anything. Moving to uk was probably different reasons

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience at Sofyne. We are sorry to hear that it didn’t match your expectations but we are taking your feedback very seriously. We welcome people from all horizons and we thrive on being a very international company. We have come from a very small company to a medium-sized one in a very short period of time. Quite a few changes have been made and I am sorry to hear that your time here wasn’t what you were looking for. I would have personally wished to have heard your concerns whilst you were still with us so that we could have made your experience at Sofyne as good as possible. Nevertheless, I wish you all the best in your next role and I genuinely hope that you find what you are looking for in a company. All the best, Stéphane LUSOLI, CEO of SOFYNE ACTIVE TECHNOLOGY

Pros

Great environment with amazing people and very understanding managers. All in all, a good experience for anyone starting out. Good career progress.

Cons

Bellow average salary. Can become overworked in higher positions, along with expectations. Hybrid work.

Pros

The team is generally supportive, fostering a collaborative environment. The work-life balance is good, allowing me to maintain a healthy separation between my professional and personal life.

Cons

Salaries are not competitive. Management seems to struggle with effective communication and decision-making, which can lead to a lack of direction and support for employees.
