      Pros

      Flexible, friendly coworkers for the most part, open space office plan.

      Cons

      Contractors get paid very late (know this from experience), HR and accounting is non-existent, so there is no one to report to for any HR issues or payroll issues. Not sure how we get new clients as boss is kind of a jerk

      Pros

      Great artist and excellent collaboration Good pay and not exhaustive hours No weekend work typically required Get to work on a variety of high end projects From branding to 3D to web projects. SoftMirage works with clients to find ideas, opportunities and strategies.

      Cons

      Very tight timeline but no weekend work Takes 2 weeks to get paid by invoice
