The review seems to be misguided as there are points where you have not stated facts. We take this opportunity to set the facts straight
1. We have never ever missed or delayed the salary since inception and it is usually credited by 5th. The salary payment has never ever crossed the 7th of the month
2. In fact we do have a very simple salary structure with minimum possible deduction.
3. This is a matter of individual perception based on his temperament and ability to gel with a team.
4. We follow HR best practices. We are proud to have extremely high retention record in the IT segment. We have over 25% of employees who have been with us for 10+ years.
5. A current employee of the company would be well aware of the timing policy that was changed reducing the office time to 9 hours. The same was announced one month before its implementation date.
6. This is the company policy as every company has its own system to safeguard its interest.
