Pros
Above average salary, average benefits. Remote work.
Cons
Working here makes you realize how great it was to work at any other company. Everyone here is literally trained to talk like a salesman. It's 80% to brainwash you into the hype, and 20% in case you actually have to impress a customer by throwing around some questionable statistics. Products are released before they are ready, then perform poorly and have to be pulled back or even given away. People scramble to patch things up and try not to catch the blame. Management makes knee-jerk reactions that require teams to pull off superhuman efforts with little to no recognition. Everyone is burned out and waiting for the next problem that will make them work through the weekend. Everyone watches the sinking sales numbers and tries to jockey for anything they can do to avoid the next layoff.
