      Some nice people working there who try their best under difficult circumstances

      Cons

      No direction, incompetent Management (very top heavy), extremely political, constantly looking out externally to impress share holders rather than looking internally at running a good company.

      their credit policy is not rigid like the big4 bank, its less pressure to work in this fin tech company compare to the traditional bank
