Pros
Office is nice kind of, but very manky and poorly maintained. Since the BB guys moved in again it is more lively and less depressing like it was in Covid
Cons
Everyone is like 22-24 with 0-2 years of experience and is trying to get promoted to Director so they can afford an Ancoats flat, but genuinely only have the knowledge of maybe an intern. You have 25 year olds with 18 months experience who are heads of department because they're hot and tall and skinny but are actually the stupidest people within a 3 mile radius. Maybe 5-10% of the company has enough skills to actually be employed and given a wage in exchange for the level of knowledge and skill they have - everyone else is desperately trying to work out how to get ChatGPT to teach them how to do their job while their manager is in a mental hospital/on a 'client on-site in Monaco'/at Cannes depending on whether your Manager is 25 or 35 or 45. The creative team are all generally very good and know what they're doing but are so burnt-out they are barely even alive and are just living for their next rollie. Everyone else essentially doesn't have any knowledge, skill, intelligence or ability to offer that you couldn't get from Fiverr.
