Pros

The work itself is quite extensive and fast. All tasks are done within the set deadlines, there is no need to sit around all day to get them done. The team is very positive. For some unknown reason, there are no toxic colleagues who are always unhappy with something. The team atmosphere is healthy. The projects are big and they are constantly trying to do them in different ways, not like everyone else. I have had to work very hard in my position. I don't complain that it was hard or that I didn't have time for anything. I liked everything, thanks to my work in SDG my life was filled with colors.

Cons

They happen occasionally in different aspects. Mostly they occurred when hiring a new person. However, within a short time, everything returns to working order.

Pros

I´ve been working here for a year and a half now, and my experience has been very positive. I value the diversity of projects and the organization of the brand marketing team. Not only do I feel respected and valued, but the work and effort I contribute are recognized as well.

Cons

Additional health and wellness benefits could be an extra plus

Pros

This role offers a revealing glimpse into the wide spectrum of human behavior and the business models that profit from it — in both good and bad ways.

Cons

-Salary growth is stagnant, with little to no adjustment over time regardless of performance. -The nature of the work frequently raises ethical concerns, which may be uncomfortable for some. -Cross-department communication is inefficient and often leads to confusion rather than collaboration. -There’s a noticeable lack of career development opportunities or meaningful skill-building. -Senior employees are undervalued — new hires with minimal experience are sometimes placed in positions to instruct long-standing staff, creating frustration and disrespect, and messing up the whole work.
