Pros

Co-workers NOT in management are awesome real decent human beings, work is interesting, beautiful venue, free food, ticket discounts/deals, good benefits

Cons

Leadership clueless, unwilling to make changes or improve, committed to failure and mediocrity rather than admitting they're wrong, disrespectful and extremely hierarchical and nepotistic, HR gaslights you, no recognition for any accomplishments, no training or direction given but expected to meet unspecified expectations, blames and excuses every problem on being a "start up" instead of improving itself, disorganized and chaotic, no procedures whatsoever in place, no one knows what to do or how or any standardization, focused on "blaming" people for problems rather than solving them, ableist and bigoted under the guise of "diversity", more focused on things that don't matter than the ones that are actually important, no feedback or answers to any questions ever, overinflated ego but nothing to show for it, grown adults acting childish, greedy selfish and power hungry.

Pros

organized management system organized on who handles what issues (for schedules, payroll, etc) i feel comfortable talking to my various leaders and managers. we select which events we're available for month to month, and when schedules are released, we are ONLY scheduled for what the events we are available for. i feel confident on what i am required to do in my position

Cons

sometimes there's no events or limited events when it's slow season

Pros

If you think you’re going to get free tickets to all the events, think again. You’ll only get tickets to the unpopular small events that they can’t sell out.

Cons

HR here is rude and disrespectful. I was told all of these wonderful things when interviewing just for them to either be revoked immediately after starting or it was just outright not true, such as remote working flexibility and yearly bonuses and raises. Bonuses and raises were on pause for over a year with no end in sight. During an all hands meeting, the head of the company said “I know you all don’t work here for the money” acknowledging that they underpay their employees. I watched a co-worker go through a horrible situation where a family member was terminally ill and the company refused to allow them to go home and visit, citing that there were no exceptions to their in office policy. HR got involved and basically pushed them out, and then refused to give them an exit interview. The office area itself is depressing and sad. You are in the depths of the stadium sitting in a windowless basement that is extremely outdated. This is an extremely toxic place where you’ll be treated as just a number and not as a human.
