Hello! First and foremost, thank you for the 9+ years you dedicated to working at SoFi. We are fortunate to have the chance to work with such dedicated employees. While we are glad you enjoyed the people and benefits and felt your compensation was adequate, we are disappointed to hear you didn't experience a good work-life balance, as we strive to provide an environment that supports this. We are continually working to improve our processes and provide resources to help employees manage their work effectively and efficiently. As you know, one of our core values at SoFi is "Take Care of People and Help Them Grow," so we appreciate you sharing that you would have preferred a different on-call rotation. We hope you shared your concerns with your manager or PBP during your time here. We have grown a lot over the last few years, partly because of the acquisitions we have made, which we believe were the right decisions to ensure SoFi's continued success. Like many companies over the past year, we have not been immune to small reductions in our workforce - these extremely difficult decisions are not taken lightly.
