Large increases in quota and reductions in commission a couple of years after IPO Lack of outbound tools and resources, no intent data, limited tools for email and phone data, adding leads to CRM from Sales Nav manually one by one Success depends on luck with territory - having on-demand accounts (self service/product led growth) to convert onto contracts

The latest and greatest tech resources for engineers Lots of potential for growth

Cons

Pay is good, benefits are lacking. Like no 401k match, medical insurance is not included (they take out of your paycheck) Very cutthroat and high expectations from engineers
