people show up for work when they like and leave when they like, engineering will do everything in their power to not help those who need assistance in the company and good luck finding a product support person in the office when customers needs help in the morning, the pay is absolutely abysmal, stock options LOL, zero transparency, the products always needs fixing or relies on "work arounds", product management doesn't listen to the customer and resists bringing features to the product they actually want/need, you have to put up a fight to get your laptop fixed or upgraded--it sucks using technology that's slow or inefficient when you work for a technology company, you're expected to go above and beyond but good luck getting a performance review and a raise for all that hard work
