Pros
Still a handful of great people working for the company. Food is great, CEO and COO are well liked. Job is actually easy at any level if you are doing things the right way. Phenomenal training team from top down.
Cons
Culture is dead, no incentives beyond unrealistic bonus program. Attitude around time off is “tough cookies” and expected to run unrealistic labor and still deliver on guest satisfaction. Pay generally higher out of desperation, which leads to overpaid and under competent more than attracting good talent.
