Management Accessibility – Our leadership team prides itself on being approachable. With an open-plan office and a culture that encourages communication, employees have regular access to Sales Managers and Senior Leadership for support and guidance.
Performance Targets & Bonuses – In 2025, 70% of our Sales & Retentions staff have achieved their bonuses every month, which reflects that our targets are realistic and achievable. Bonuses are based on performance metrics, including quality and compliance standards, which are essential to maintaining the integrity of our business.
