Pros
Great people at the line level. Compensation was competitive. Benefits were just OK, however. Nice facilities and a good range of customers.
Cons
Lots of turmoil has led to many firings and reorganization. New management team doesnt know who the right middle managers should be. The rental gear is pretty old and beat up.
