Pay is horrible. Management is dysfunctional , very little support for staff. Corporate office only cares about their bottom line rather than having competent staff. Very high turnover of employees

I feel like I am totally valued and have been given advancement opportunities. It’s nice to have your skills recognized and rewarded.
They pay you on time and are sometimes nice. That's about it
Cons
The culture of stabbing each other in the back, tattle telling, promoting unqualified immature adults, the constant put downs with no celebrations of wins and management micromanaging but then competing with their own employees who are doing good and treating them like trash is how this company does business. It's bad
They only promote their "friends" who aren't even good at sales and they act like their in high school
