American Care Source is a National Ancillary Benefits Management Company (ABM) that focuses primarily on cost containment strategies in the delivery of ancillary medical services. Initially I was engaged as a consultant from 3/01-12/05 and was responsible for positioning ACS into the group health market. In Dec. 2005 I was hired as the Director of Business Development and primarily responsible for new business development and implementation of those accounts. As a direct result of those activities the company grew from just under $3 million in annual revenues in 2004 to $57+ million in 2008. In January of 2009 I was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Business Development and was responsible for hiring, training and managing the sales team for ACS. Our current prospect pipeline represents in excess of $50 million in new annual revenue. I was then promoted to Senior Vice President of Business development in July 2013. My additional responsibilities included managing Client Services and the Provider Network Development activities as well as ongoing management of all Sales and New Business development opportunities.
