Ownership! This company allows you to make this more than a J-O-B. If you have ever felt under appreciated for being an outstanding employee, then this is the job for you. It is far and above superior to any job I’ve had in my lengthy career, but beware! You DO need a healthy work ethic and be asked to earn an above average wage! Unfortunately many individuals have a Bernie Sanders mentality and want something for nothing. This is the most affirming management team I have ever encountered but there is a price to pay to achieve it.... hard work, dedication, honor, accountability and an altruistic care for your patients.

Self motivated ppl alone need apply, otherwise at times boredom may consume you and at other times you may be overwhelmed by the workload!
