Pros
The focus over the last few years has been on acquiring new companies to meet a certain metric. Due diligence seems to be non existent. The companies being acquired are absolute garbage fires. We don't even use the products we own at this point, which is just embarrassing. If you are a founder with a 20 year old garbage pile, K1 would be happy to force Smarsh to buy it from you.
Cons
No innovation is happening here, so if you are technical, avoid this place like the plague. It's a constant race to the bottom. Raises are sad and bonuses are a joke.
