      Pros

      -some of the best people I've worked with -good PTO policy (only some teams able to take advantage) -remote work

      Cons

      -20% layoff in the summer, 15% layoff winter/spring of 2023, starting to outsource roles to Costa Rica where they can pay less -company culture has trended downward big time over the past year - only focus is on IPO -very messy leadership, extremely poor financial decision making -inconsistently reliable product

      Decent product, and global market penetration.

      Cons

      Mergers have been devastating for staff and morale - I saw three in my tenure. Merit does not seem to matter. When new management comes in, everyone is axed.
