Pros
-somewhat flexible schedule
-benefits, including healthcare and 401k (added that because "pros" has to be at least five words)
Cons
-employees deliberately overworked
-standards and policies change literally every week
-maintenance department takes two weeks to get the simplest thing done and property managers are blamed when it's not done
-utter lack of accountability from senior management
-entire company revolves around the phrase "it's not my job" and an olympic level competition to pass the buck
-they just don't care. They don't care about their employees, the buildings they manage, the people living in them. You can see it in their eyes and hear it in the way they dismiss tenants' concerns and lie to owners when they overcharge them. They cover up their mistakes instead of take accountability and pat themselves on the back for it like running from responsibility is new and innovative.
