Pros
Good people, decent compensation. Company has plenty of resources both financial and human and aims to be a force in the market. Work life balance is reasonable and culture is generally positive.
Cons
New leadership is brutal and will slash jobs even when the people and the company are doing great. Anything to improve the bottom line. During my time there we experienced several job actions a year - even business units that were doing a great job for the company and key performers were shown the door based on the whims of executive management.
