1. Poor management - many middle management people don't have sufficient technical knowledge, and are not capable to handle their work. They only assign tasks to their staff, never care people are overloaded or not, and in the meantime, they just don't do anything. Whenever there is achievement, they take the credit, and whenever there is mistake, they immediately finger point to their staff. They take advantage of a so called talent management system, to put all negative things to their staff, give them probation and layoff them. Middle management don't take any responsibility, senior management ignore this.
2. Political management - Whenever there is people who are more capable than the manager, this person will be put into marginality, be criticized by unknown reasons, got needle picked and finally got kicked out.
3. Hiring incompetent people - As a RF company, some hiring managers hired people without any RF knowledge, and got granted with Sr or Staff title, just because the new hirer is a friend or relative of the hiring manager.
4. No care - if you are not a buddy buddy of the hiring manager, the only thing management care is you complete the work 100% correct, without needed support. They don't care if you are overloaded or not, your health situation, your family situation. Anything wrong, they just kick you out.
