Ask the employees how the feel when they cross the threshold into the building, knowing they will endure another shift in the "pit of hell". If you are a licensed professional know that this is the dregs of health care.

      The ingrained long term beliefs about "what is best" for the hospital. Many employees have never worked at another facility and see change as a threat.
