Pros
- The students are nice and want to learn - The course material has a wide variety to choose from and there's prompts that tell teachers what to say and do.
Cons
- the management is quite picky. I can't even cancel a class without telling management and if I do cancel, they will grill me and it will affect my overall rating. Even if the student cancels and they don't want to reschedule, it will affect my rating, and I will need to chase these students up to reschedule (these are grown adults). Everything is my fault and management chases me on everything. If it weren't for management I will be happier and I am having a mental breakdown because of them.
