Cannot think of any as of now

Sky package, flexible working environment, some lovely people, interesting content, environment will work really well for some people

Organisationally immature - not enough processes (de-briefs after projects to learn from successes and failures), quite siloed, lack of transparency from management, unclear progression routes, too many politics (favourites, personality clashes, etc) for such a small company, in some depts/roles there are little to know opportunities for progression
