Pros

Having worked in Construction/Waste Brokerage for several years, I can honestly say that moving to Skrap is categorically my best career decision to date! Skrap is a fantastic company to work for, for several reasons:- 1. The company strives to be the best in the sector. And it will be. 2. It treats, and respects, its employees from top to bottom. 3. Employees are genuinely listened to. Don't like how something works, or have thought of a way to make it better? We won't just discuss it, we'll make it happen. Usually immediately! 4. Remuneration package is excellent. 5. The team at Skrap actually care about each other, and how working together effectively can achieve our end result. 5. It's genuinely exciting to be part of a start-up. The sky really is the limit.

Cons

The only con I suppose, which doesn't apply to me personally, would be that the company is very, very fast paced. If you want an easy life, then it wouldn't suit you. If you thrive on thick & fast.... then we definitely want you to get in touch!

Pros

Skrap has a strong engineering culture with modern practices and high ownership. I had real influence on architecture and product direction. Leadership is open, supportive, and values technical insight.

Cons

The pace is fast and priorities shift quickly — typical for a startup. It requires adaptability, but it’s also what makes the work exciting.

Pros

* Great Service * Track orders on cellphone via App 24/7 * Results within first 24h *Affordable prices

Cons

One of the main cons of the construction business is the variable nature of projects. Construction projects are often subject to delays, changes in scope, and unforeseen challenges that can impact the timeline and budget of a project. This can lead to financial losses and strained relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
