We do truly believe that these changes are right for the future of Skipton; however, we know changes to how we work can have an impact and won’t feel the same for everyone. Before making any decisions about our blended working approach, we spoke with colleagues, gathered feedback and ran a period of consultation to understand what matters most to our teams. Regarding your comment about bringing people with us on change, we agree. Doing change “with people, not to people” is exactly how we’re changing our Homes and Money businesses.
