This company exists in a state of chaos where last minute fire drills and shifting priorities constantly compete with the ability to deliver successful results. Compounding this situation is the adversarial management style of some senior leaders who’s lack of comprehension or acceptance of market realities translates into antagonistic rehashing of the same subjects, regularly leading to even more thrashing. There is no sense of teamwork or support with senior leadership and the culture here is untenable, causing rampant burnout and attrition from associates through executives.
