Salary is not fantastic yet the job was a lot, manual and reactive without clear HR direction. Salary increment and career progression is who the Department Head favours and not by results or merit. HR management is arrogant and refuse to listen yet demand others to follow their way of doing. HR needs to practice what it preaches. Too many theories and no concrete actions.
