Pros
the company has sufficient marketing but it gets disappointing to trust only marketing.
Cons
In the past there was one additional building in Skopje, but they closed that office.
Working area or the offices are really small since it is based in a family house, with bad overall working conditions like air and light.
There is high amount of unpaid working hours, that contributes to extremely bad work-life balance.
As main cons I could name the lack of competence of the management and mainly the technical leadership.
