Pros
Really good benefits Great colleagues
Cons
- No onboarding - No training - No organization - No prioritization - No transparency - No psychological safety - No DEI - No work/life balance (unless hourly) - Poor communication - Poor planning A bait & switch with toxic management* = Saying one thing, and actions saying another. = The fires the dept dealt with, were the dumpster fires that they themselves created with poor planning. = As a result of poor planning, all items labeled as last minute "emergencies" (are in fact not emergencies) = All feedback given back to management, masked in "we hear what you are saying"...and then bulldoze employees with "that's the way we've done it" - status quo bias mentality. = Passive aggressive emails & calls *The above excludes the owners: Gerald Singleton & Brett Schreiber (They are great and ambitious to grow the company)
