      The job itself forces you to work harder due to lofty monthly goals, which is great for someone fresh out of school to really learn what it takes to work hard and to build a better work ethic

      Great initial sales training. Great place to start your career.

      Cons

      Its transactional, not consultative so in the long run you will make less money being in a transactional sale. Be weary of some high pressure sales tactics. It can be a great place to start and learn from but not the exact type of sales process you want to carry throughout your entire career.
