      Pros

      I love love love the people that I work with and how flexible I can be with my hours. We get lots of vacation time as well and our time off is respected.

      Cons

      The pay is poor here and there's not really any room for advancement as a creative producer unless you transfer to a different station.

      Good Supervisor, good quality work environment. Good Electronic Tools to use.

      Not much really. Good place, need to be able to watch a lot of TV.
