Started out great , immediate supervisor very good to work for , other employees good to work with in the field very helpful and share knowledge , this company seems very solid !
Cons
After my health fell off on a short term basis I missed two weeks of work with several dr visits , I am a disabled veteran and use the va health benefits I earned as a marine , I forwarded the emails from the va for all my appointments only to be told I needed to file a disability claim by the hr dept at Sinacola , I was to return to work in four days and hr decided it wasn’t good enough they had my company truck I was issued picked up and told me I cannot return to work . As a disabled marine and having documentation supporting my reason for missing this time from work I certainly plan to turn this over to my veteran advocate legal support team and allow them to further investigate this situation and how prejudice was shown in this decision to terminate me ! Very disheartening to be shoved away after finding out my health isn’t the best !
