no pros till now only cons we are facing from last year toxic culture worst management worst hr behaviour while salary time office politics from management and hr

there is no pros so I added all cons in pros list no salary in time stressful work no hike only work worst rules whatever they will follow that should be their rules targeting employee If he resign so they will trap force to work even it is sick leave
