Pros
I joined SLT just over a year and a half ago and so far it has been a great experience. I have learned so much in my time here and developed my knowledge extensively, being supported and encouraged through every aspect of jobs, clients and tutors. You work hard but get a lot out of the company, being able to use your flexi time whenever needed with no scrutiny (which you may get within a larger company) which is a massive bonus. You never have the same day, which makes the work interesting and you get involved in all factors of the business.
Cons
Being a small company, sometimes the work entails you to be muck in and get involved in other sections of the business. However, this means that you grow your knowledge even more which is a big plus.
