We also really appreciate you sharing your constructive thoughts on how we might improve further – we’re committed to continue making Simply Business a fulfilling place to work and this is really useful.
We recognise the importance of a clear and consistent vision – and we aim to reinforce this frequently to our people. From our onboarding process (which includes a dedicated section on our vision) right through our monthly Town Halls, quarterly all-hands and more frequent team sessions. We hope we’re giving our people clarity on our vision, and will consider how we can be even more explicit.
We place a similar emphasis on our values – and really do want our people to recognise these throughout their daily lives at Simply Business. We’d encourage everyone to provide feedback to each other if our values aren’t being lived, but we recognise this isn’t always straightforward. That’s why we also have 5 Ways To Be Heard – giving you chance to flag concerns anonymously.
