Pros

No pros, toxic environment, constant bullying and harassment, corrupted ship & fleet management.

Cons

Toxic environment, managers and officers are constantly bullying and harassing you, they burn you out of work, they treat you like a slave, if you complain they will make your life miserable and impossible, they are even capable of saying that you are crazy and have mental issues, send you to psychiatrists ashore or leave you in a mental hospital ashore just to keep their hands clean and cover up everything they do on the ship, they push crew members to limits and sometimes the end is very bad… This company is just scary to work for. Worst place I’ve ever been.

Pros

• With fewer passengers, the immediate workload in areas like dining, housekeeping, and guest services naturally decreases. • Staff might have more time to focus on other tasks, such as deep cleaning, training, or maintenance.

Cons

1. Unprofessional Management: • Instances of unprofessional behavior by supervisors or management, potentially leading to a toxic work environment. • Lack of accountability or awareness from management regarding these issues. 2. Pay Discrepancy: • Significant bias in pay structures, with some crew members receiving disproportionately lower wages compared to industry standards or peers. • The perception that guest revenues are not reflected in fair crew compensation. 3. Comparison with Industry Standards: • Lower pay and benefits compared to other cruise lines, despite higher guest charges. • Negative impact on crew morale and loyalty to the company.
