Firstly, we thank you for your contributions to SilverCloud. We are sorry that your experience did not meet up to your expectations. As a growing company, we have experienced some growing pains and have taken a number of steps to improve not only the employee experience, but the communication mechanisms available to employees. We have a bi-monthly anonymous surveys that are reviewed with our executive team and then shared within the department meetings. We have also setup formal reviews that include 360 degree feedback, as well an open door policy with our CEO and HR. Our sales team conducts biweekly training sessions attended by all sales members that are encouraged to participate. Our sales process has been and will continue to improve based on the feedback from our sales staff.
