Great product that customers love, relatively easy going day to day

Upper management shifted strategies like the wind. Owned by a venture capital firm, management does not have time or patience to see strategies through after changes are made nor do they trust “on the ground” workers to be working, so they micro manage KPIs. Benefits and salary could be more fair.
