Pros
Free suppressors are their pathetic attempt to make up for all the other shortcomings of the company.
Cons
Terrible pay compared to industry standard. Management does nothing but preach about how well the company is doing constantly, while the employees see none of that returned to them pay or work load wise. You have to stand for your 10-12 hour shift while waiting on the machines to do their thing, because they have no respect for you or your body. Lots of turnover because people become aware of the situation fairly quickly.
