Pros
My experience at SIKA Aerospace & Defence was positive because of the supportive work environment, strong focus on quality and safety, and the opportunity to work on technically challenging projects. The team was cooperative and knowledgeable, which helped me improve my technical skills and gain practical exposure to aerospace and defence standards.
Cons
The only small inconvenience was that there was no canteen facility available within the premises, which sometimes made it difficult during long working hours. Apart from that, the experience was positive.
