Pros
-Fun, friendly people who went out of their way to introduce themselves and make me feel welcome when I onboarded -Thorough training and there was always someone happy to answer any process questions I had after -Acceptable pay for the job requirements. The starting wage went up about a month in to me working there, and they honored me at the higher pay. -Casual environment
Cons
-I understand that they couldn't sustain themselves when Coronavirus hit hard mid-March, but it felt a little tacky to going from St. Patrick's day cookies for the office to laying off 90 employees less than a week later. -The slow season (pre-COVID) was very slow, and it was nearly impossible to meet daily goals. Although they offered gift card incentives for meeting that goal, it meant little when virtually no one could achieve it. On the bright side, pre-COVID, they did not send anyone home early unless they volunteered, so those who needed the hours could stay through the whole day. -Even as COVID was beginning to ramp up at the beginning of 2020, they continued to hire like it wasn't a concern. I felt this showed a lack of foresight, especially when virtually all of these new employees (myself included) would be let go in the following months
