Thanks for the feedback! We’re glad to hear you’ve had a positive work experience here. We understand that moving between functions can make it harder to really settle into one area, and we’re continuing to work on improving role clarity as we grow. We appreciate you sharing your perspective.

Pros

Training is provided and all managers and team members have been great to work with and happy to assist. Job has been low stress for the most part, overtime occasionally offered and has been an overall pleasant experience. 2 weeks of training is required at the home office and all travel expenses are paid by the company. There is opportunity to switch careers within the company or move up levels from drafter to designer with experience.

Cons

There is a heavy emphasis placed on metrics but also on quality. If you can't work with the pressure of an invisible hourglass counting down how long it takes you to draft and the amount of errors you make, this place isn't for you. Position is fully remote but don't expect to be a digital nomad or work on any type of public connection like a coffee shop or library. Basically you're confined to a desk at your home but still better than commuting.
