Great - Associate Director Sifton Employee Review

Its a tough list.... not many, so I'll keep it short:

I would not recommend this company due to poor management practices, more senior corporate managers. The managers enjoy retaliating and placing blame against employees who speak up. They often play manipulative mind games instead of a fostering and supportive work environment. THEY create the toxic environment and make many of their employees feel undervalued and anxious.

A company that cares about your work-life balance and offers a great work environment. A company that thinks ahead and is environmentally conscious.

Need more consistency in compensation across the organization.
