Many companies use the phrase " we are family" This is the only company that I have worked with that means what they say. The CEO and President take the time to speak with you anytime you call and they listen. They care about you as an individual and take on the role of family. They do not micro manage. You are given a task and allowed to complete that task as you see fit. They trust that you will do a good job.
Cons
This job is not for someone who needs constant direct. You must be self lead .
