Great management company to work for

Not as much pay, but take care of employees

Nice rent discount if you desperately need a place to live but don't expect to grow with this company.

The better job you do, they expect more from you and for you to go back and fix other caretakers mistakes. They don't offer more pay no matter how long you have been here. They will constantly find flaws in your review so you are stuck at same pay rate even if you out do and travel and go above and beyond for them. A nice place to work if you are a couple and need a rent discount but don't expect your pay to actual cover any bills.
