      - The individual contributors are dedicated and hardworking

      Cons

      - No representation or desire from leadership to work on diversity, equity, and inclusion - Boys Club. Amazing women talent, yet 90% of leadership are men and promoting within rarely happens for women - Poor org communication and no dedication to improving culture, consistently: HQ is out of NZ and US - Lack of product and GTM focus - Poor compensation: No real compensation plans, junior salespeople join with no idea about how they get paid (base vs. variable) - Disconnection b/w leadership and ICs

      The most entrepreneurial and innovative company I've worked for. Incredible products & solutions, build over decades and in many cases ahead of their time. Freedom to carve your path and grow within the organization.

      Cons

      Some challenges with globally distributed teams and New Zealand HQ, but huge improvements in recent months in the US under new leadership.
