Pros
I will just speak from my heart - I feel so lucky to be part of this organization because of the following reasons: 1. It has a very open environment (Something that is really required for your own and the organization's rapid growth). It is a flat structure making the communication very easy. 2. Everyone is so full of energy and excited. 3. The organization goes to great length to ensure it brings out the best in us. 4. The overall working is very organized, so we all are clear what we have to accomplish each day as well as there is clarity in what direction our career is headed. 5. We are growing as a rapid pace ever since the pandemic and we all as a team feel so happy about it. There are so many careers that are in the making when everywhere else people were struggling to hold on to their jobs. 6. We get a lot of long weekends - this is something I love the most. 7. The organization is now providing a hybrid and flexible working model - you can choose to work from home permanently or work from the office.
Cons
Just like any other organization, there are a few areas of improvement and the best part is that we communicate the same very openly within the organization and it is us all as a team that work towards improving on these fronts. The only thing that I can think of is that we haven't had a team gathering and I understand this is due to the pandemic.
